I Got Inked!
I’m not going to lie. It hurt like heck. But I was a trooper. The only time I even flinched was the few times my leg muscle involuntarily spasmed. It only took about 15 minutes for the tattoo artist to do my tattoo. Rachel took pictures:

So there you have it! My very first tattoo.

Congrats and welcome to the tattooed club. Where did you go to have it done? I’d like to get another one, but don’t think I want to go back to the place I got my first one (it was a bit shady…)

I didn’t get mine on my foot because that is one of the most painful places to get it. OUCH!!!!!!!
It hurts..but not nearly as much as childbirth.
LOL

Andrea - Thanks! I went to Mos Eisley’s to get my tattoo done. I think they are probably the most reputable place in GR to get a tattoo. They’ve won numerous awards, and are nice. I’d recommend them. What are you going to get for your next tattoo?
babybull40 - I have a pretty decent pain tolerance, but this did hurt. You pretty much have no padding on your foot. It felt kind of like being stung by several bees continuously.
erin - I’m glad you enjoyed the photos!
deb - I can definitely see why the foot is the most painful - no padding. I’m going to take your word on it for childbirth
My tattoo would be a walk in the park compared to that.
brett - I called your mom to talk to her about you, but I’d like to be reimbursed, since it was a 900 number.

I’m still debating what to get. I’d kind of like something to symbolize my miscarriage, so I was thinking maybe the flower of the month my due date would have been, or something to symbolize loss and hope…I am still tossing around ideas. Got any? Thanks for the name of the place, too. I should have known our’s would be an interesting experience when we pulled up and they had a hearse out front for their signage. Yikes. As far as I know, I don’t have any diseases, though….
