Weekend Mix
I got my hair cut again. We’ll see how many phone numbers I get this time.
Tom Vilsack is apparently quitting his presidential run. That’s probably a good idea, with the name of “Vilsack”. When I think of the name “Clinton”, I think “politician” or “president”. When I think of the name “Vilsack”, I think, “scrotum”. I’m sorry. Don’t run for president if you have any form of “sac” or “sack” in your name. I’m just saying.
Sunday is Oscar night! Ellen should be hilarious. And Scorsese better get an Academy Award!

I think Clinton, I still think “cigar” or “McDonald’s”. but I’m with ya on Vilsack.
Scorsese is WAY overdue for a win, but I’m still boycotting the Oscars until they take back the joke that Shakespeare in Love was a better film than Saving Private Ryan. And Ian McKellen was robbed of his Oscar for Gandalf.

Dicaprio was robbed!!! Only problem with him is that he has played the same part over the past five years. Scorsese finally got his due…finally…the man has been directing great movies for decades.
Not too big on Jennifer Hudson winning and will someone please smack Will, Jada and their son? They make spectacles of themselves every time they are in the public eye.

Andy - SERIOUSLY. I’m 100% in the Saving Private Ryan camp. And Ian McKellen was amazing as Gandalf.
ANON1 - Dicaprio is fantastic, I have to agree. And I’m totally for Scorsese! It’s still amazing that this was the first Oscar for the man who gave us Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, and Gangs of New York.
And the whole Jennifer Hudson thing…I’m not a huge fan either.
