Stand-up Tomorrow
Tomorrow I will be doing a short stand-up set at a small charity event in Detroit. I’m a little nervous, but it will all work out. One of my jokes that ought to get a chuckle:
“Anybody see the State of the Union Address? The speech was 49 minutes long, and it was interrupted with applause 62 times. 62 times! That’s gotta be a good feeling for the President. The President knows that he’s going to get cheers. People are going to applaud no matter what he says. It’s kind of like spending the night with Paris Hilton—you’re GONNA get the clap.”

Yeah! Break a leg…or at least someone else’s…could be funny to at least one person in the crowd if you do.
Or maybe break some fingers…do you need a shovel? I still have it
Love the joke, and good luck!

That is a GREAT joke.
Go out there and knock ‘em dead. I KNOW you can do it!
