My best friend Rachel and I saw “V For Vendetta” last night. It was the second time I’ve seen it, and I love it. Below you will find some quotes I liked from the movie. I will most likely elaborate on them in future posts.

That was a great movie. Good times. Good times.!!! I am still thinking about it.
The sad thing is that parts of it happen every day in other countries.
In the movie, when they found the Koran that Gordon had they imprisoned him.
In some countries you can be beheaded for having a Bible or for being a Christian.
In the movie, they had a blacklist of books and movies and even art that were forbidden to own.
There are countries that don’t allow certain books, movies or art because they consider them blasphemous or that they go against the tenants of the majority faith in the country.
The scary thing is that it COULD happen. In some places, parts of it already DO happen.
